Hi, I'm Samuel
I'm a 2nd year Electrical and Electronic Engineering student at the University of Bristol. I've tutored for over a year across a range of exam boards, and as a passionate engineer I love making maths click for the students I work with.

How and where do the lessons take place?
All lessons are online over Zoom, using a shared interactive whiteboard so your child and I can work through problems together in real time, just like sitting side by side, from the comfort of home.
Will my child get homework, and how will I know how they're doing?
Yes, I set homework after each session to consolidate what we've covered, and I'll send you a short progress update so you always know how your child is getting on and what we're working towards.
What does the free first session involve?
The first session is completely free with no commitment. We'll get to know each other, talk through your child's goals and any tricky topics, and make sure it's a good fit before booking anything further.
Which exam boards and subjects do you cover?
I tutor GCSE Maths & Physics and A-Level Maths & Further Maths across AQA, Edexcel and OCR. Lessons are always tailored to your child's specification and exam board.
How do payment and cancellations work?
Sessions are paid per hour at the rates listed above. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.
